- Area of interest, or property of interest
- Price range
- Specific details such as number of bedrooms, ocean view, bonus room, RV parking, etc.
- Your phone number, eMail, text, and/or fax number.
Upon receipt of your information, a list of the best CURRENT available properties matching your request will be sent to you within 24 hours. If you find a property you wish to investigate further, simply call and we will arrange a showing (almost all properties require one day's notice - even foreclosures, short sales, and REO’s).
Should you exhaust the list, feel free to request another list. If any significant properties come available after you receive your first list, you will be immediately notified.

If you have not been pre-approved by a lender, have copies of your FICO scores, and proof of down payment funds, you are NOT prepared to make an offer. Despite what you may hear, a good value sells quickly good times or bad and any REO, foreclosure, or short sale will absolutely require this information. SO, get your make-an-offer paperwork together and be prepared! Your dream home could be the first one you see, or the 100th!
